I empower individuals as a EAGT Gestalt Therapist and Life Coach. I guide clients to gain deep self-awareness, resolve emotional obstacles, and create meaningful, action-oriented changes for a more fulfilling life.

As an Independent EAGT Gestalt Therapist and Coach since 2015, my focus is on empowering people to make deep, lasting changes. I specialize in using Gestalt Therapy to facilitate self-discovery and relational healing, helping adults and youth effectively manage trauma, anxiety, and complex relationship challenges. My experience includes extensive individual counselling, group therapy facilitation, and delivering impactful public presentations on mental health.

My foundation is built upon a rigorous five-year International Gestalt Therapy Training Program, leading to accreditation as an Accredited Gestalt Therapist by the European Association for Gestalt Therapy (EAGT). This Master's-equivalent clinical training is complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Educational Sciences and a strong focus on practical skills, including the Erickson International Coaching Certification.
