I am enthusiastic and motivated individual passionate about making life easy for internal and external customer. I am a skilled communicator and problem solver. I am hard working and dedicated to reach my deadlines in time. I believe in creating a safe environment to bring best outcomes.

My communication skills have lead me to customer service and tele-calling positions at Bharti cellular ltd. where I worked for 3.5 years and was responsible for handling customer inquiries.

After that I worked at ICICI Securities for around one year where icicidirect.com platform was launched and I was in-charged for training clients navigating through the portal.

After spending some time taking care of family I worked for five years at a recruiting company Prefecture which was work from home where I conducted phone interviews to access applicants knowledge, skills and aptitude. i conducted background checks, scheduled and arranged management interviews.

I have volunteered at a government school to support, engage and maintain the operational needs. This motivated me to do ICF(International Coach Federation) certification in Life Coaching, that i have been doing since then.

I secured my high school diploma from Delhi Kannada School in 1995, after which I went on to earn a Bachelor's in Arts from Delhi University in 1998. I also secured a diploma in Sales and Marketing from National institute of sales and marketing (NIIT subsidiary). Apart from this I am an ICF certified life coach with life time License.
