Tobias Jones

I am a veteran of the hospitality industry, specializing in a high level of customer service. Working in restaurants and retail settings has been the cornerstone of my career, and I have developed the skills to be incredibly proficient. I love helping people find what they need and consider it a personal goal to solve problems. I'm organized, passionate and a good team player!

I have worked in a wide variety of hospitality and retail settings. Primarily, I have been a leader in these roles and have risen to excellence and success. My talent is in engaging with people, plus a love for the product has led me to seek education and betterment in these roles.

I want to diversify and learn in a new environment. Rising to the role of wine manager at Buon Gusto (popular Guelph restaurant), I was responsible for training new staff, selling wine, and managing ongoing sales targets. During the pandemic I continued my goal of learning via working at a popular winery in Niagara (Leaning Post Wines), where I learned the ins and outs of wine making, vineyard management, and selling hand crafted wines.
