Accomplishments in the past have included development and implementation of In-House, On Site and Remote Training Modules, Extended Warranty Programs, Preventative Maintenance Programs and Critical Parts Matrices for both on-truck and warehouse stock, working with engineering departments on new product development and launches as well as field upgrades to existing equipment. I am a Strategic Customer focused service individual with 25 + years in-depth knowledge of the Food Service equipment industry including close engagement with Service Providers and National Chain Account customers such as Tim Hortons, Burger King, A&W, Wendy’s, Subway. As well experience engaging Hollywood Personal and Celebrity Chefs.
My experience while working with some of Canada’s largest food equipment manufacturers, as service manager with a 3rd party repair provider has provided me with a unique insight on the day-to-day operations and challenges that arise. I have learned to expect the unexpected.
