I'm a grade 10 student looking for part-time work. I have experience working as a lifeguard last summer at Magic Mountain and am looking for more experience to add to my resume.
These positions include various roles within the SplashZone water attractions. Employees are expected to master a high degree of customer service skills and knowledge of the park. Responsibilities include preventing injuries by maintaining a safe work/customer environment, pool supervision, slide dispatch, explaining park rules and policies, responding to emergencies, and cleaning. Applicants should be quick-thinking, able to lift heavy objects, responsible, conscientious, friendly and outgoing while also being flexible to work in various roles throughout the season. Lifeguards will be outdoors in the elements and will need to stand and walk for long periods of time.
