A recent graduate with years of experience in processing orders and the customer service industry. I am someone who embraces new challenges and strives to excel at a position that is key to business operations. My love of communication and marketing has allowed me to develop essential skills as an employee.

My professional experience includes positions from being a Customer Service Representative at a retail store to being an Order Desk Associate. Throughout my experience, I've learned to: invoice, empathize thoroughly with clients, process orders, liaise with carriers and couriers, manage projects, assure quality control, and much more.

I graduated from a Business Administration program at Seneca College.
