- As an analyst, wrote financial credit for my own team of approximately 38 borrowers/clients as well as writing for other teams throughout the Alberta district.
- Wrote interim/annual reviews for these clients based on their financial needs of new equipment, land or other financial requests/needs.
- Provided mentorship to a new associate to help train them in the process of how TD writes credit, and the types of files that they support. Provided my input and advice to help pay forward the knowledge that was taught to me throughout my associate and analyst positions.
- Handled monthly reports and other administrative requests that were required as part of my role. Collaborated with various coworkers and roles to stay on top of requests and monthly requirements of the role.

- As an associate, helped in supporting established and new Canadian farmers with financing, establishment and growth of their operation. Worked to support the relationship manager in supporting client's farms for financing various assets while adhering to local and federal applicable lending policies and regulatory requirements.
- Wrote credit for these operations in the form of annual reviews. Went out with the relationship manager to the annual review meetings. Learned about the client's business and offered potential products/solutions to fit their needs. Also wrote credit on occasion for other teams out of Alberta to support them during peak season.
- Mentored by a local credit analyst who helped to teach me in how to support a portfolio of approximately 50 operations/farms within central Alberta focused around Red Deer.
- Handled administrative requests and reports in order to be proactive in supporting customer needs. These were done daily, weekly, monthly etc. depending on type of report and request.
- Associate program required in depth training on TD operating systems and programs. As well as learning about and how to work with various other departments within the company.

- As Relationship Manager, supported new Canadian farmers with establishment and growth of business. Worked jointly and individually on a variety of loans of up to $750K for various types of purchases / assets while adhering to applicable lending processes, policies and regulatory requirements.
- Successfully built strong relationships with some challenging clients by understanding what client had been missing from FCC and other financial institutions. This led to new general inquiries and financing requests which generated new business and clients for organization.
- Supported a portfolio of approximately 190 clients within Olds, AB area as Ag Lending Analyst for livestock, equipment and land and crop input. Proactively contacted clients and took time to understand business and unique needs and offered creative ideas and solutions which would enhance customer business.

- Supported local grain elevators at a number of locations within Manitoba. Partnered with team in sales of pesticides, insecticides, herbicides and fungicides. Accepted delivery of different commodities from local farmers, including barley and oats, and assessed and graded canola crops. Entered data into system to track.
- Assisted farmers with suitable fertilizer blends. Based on soil sampling and analysis of deficiencies, blended required fertilizer composition for customer pick up.
- Collected samples and took pictures of customer fields, including weeds to determine crop stressors, as an added service to farmers. Provided samples to Agronomist to analyze, which assisted farmer with determining best Return On Investment (ROI) for crop yield and production for that year.
AGRO SUMMER STUDENT at Marquette Coop (2017-01 – 2017-12)
- Reported directly to two Agronomists and partnered with a fellow student in conducting a variety of tasks, including field scouting for pests, disease and weeds, which increased ROI for farmers.
- Sold and delivered herbicides, insecticides and fungicides to farmers. Sold seed and assisted farmers with early seeding.

- Reported directly to Jeremy Rampton, in research and development position at different locations across Manitoba. Partnered with team of four summer students and two supervisors and collaborated with other locations who were running similar research trials.
- Assisted with seeding, maintenance of crops and obtaining growth data for project, which analyzed different varieties of crops and how they performed under changing environmental conditions.

- Reported directly to Research Director Edwin Pensaert in support of, and assistance with development of new seed varieties, including seed cleaning, data collection and entry, seeding, spraying and weeding. RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT at Omex Agriculture (2014-01 – 2014-12)
- Reported directly to Research Director Abdel El Hadrami and assisted with research and development project regarding seed germination, including seed treatment, seeding, spraying, weeding and seed cleaning. Collected a wide range of data, created spreadsheets, entered data and helped with harvest. In this particularly wet year, gained immense amount of knowledge with respect to how flooding affects a farming operation.
- Provided field tours to farmers so they could observe results first-hand.
