Experience in Cost and Resource loaded CPM Schedules developing from Bidding/Proposal / Contract documents, Estimates, Drawings and Engineering Specs with an understanding of EPC Planning principles, maintaining the schedule for tracking time and cost with Analysis skills – EVMS, Time Impact Analysis, Claim Digger, S-Curve and histogram, schedule diagrams (Pert,Gantt & Time-Scale), Change management, Risk, Recovery Schedule, “What-If” Scenarios
