I am someone who is strongly focused, with the ability to complete all tasks in a timely manner, while working in fast paced environment. I love helping/offering support to people, so working in the operations department is my forte. I have over 5 years of experience working in the sales operations department, assisting sales teams with their reports and managing repository and assigning leads. I am customer focused and have always delivered results.

I have been working as an operations manager and support for over 5 years. I am currently working as a client care coordinator for a Real Estate Brokerage, assisting with all Operational Matters Reporting to the Broker of Record. Inn the past, I have always reported directly to the Chief Operational Office and Chief Commercial Officer of the Sales and Operations Departments.

I have completed my introduction to Project Management and do intend on completing my Certified Associate Project Management Certificate soon.
