• Providing support to accounting, underwriter, and funding team 
• Reviewing and collecting documents from brokers, lawyers and clients
• Emailing customers monthly statements, renewals
• Preparing loan payout statements

• Upload all PDF documents in ImageNow system and enter the information into Sharepoint 
• Handle high volume of incoming calls, emails, mails, and faxes
