I have 30 years of experience in software development environment support. This includes support for most of the Atlassian toolset (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Crowd, Bamboo). I have provided both first level help desk support, second level configuration support and OS level support. I have very strong problem solving and analytical skills.
