My name is Vivek, and I am a dedicated culinary professional with four years of experience in the hospitality industry. I moved to Canada in 2023 to pursue my postgraduate degrees in Global Hospitality Management and Global Business Management, which I successfully completed in August 2024.

During my studies, I worked as a line cook for the City of Waterloo's Recreational Services, where I honed my culinary skills and gained valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. Prior to my arrival in Canada, I held positions as a commis cook and catering associate, and I completed my culinary training at the Taj Exotica Resort in Goa, India.

I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta. I am now seeking a position as a cook, where I can leverage my skills and experience to contribute to a dynamic kitchen team.
