Graduated with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, was employed for five years as a Management Trainee, Production line Supervisor then Maintenance Supervisor with International Food Corporation Pty Ltd (PNG). Secured a job with Ok Tedi Mining Limited (PNG) as a Maintenance Planner September 2000 to October 2012.

Then moved on to Newcrest (Lihir-PNG) mine, Exxon Mobil LNG Plant (PNG) then returned to Ok Tedi Mining Limited as a Mobile Maintenance Planner. Have worked in various areas of mining (gold and copper) in both Fixed Plant and Mobile.

• Planning and Scheduling of Mobile Equipment Shutdown
• Create yearly schedule PM services forecast and major components change outs
• Review planned and actual costs against monthly / annual budget
• Conduct weekly pre-shut meetings with Execution on equipment Shutdowns

Mill Maintenance Planning & Systems for Fixed Plants – Crushing & Conveying, Grinding, Flotation, Tailings Plant, Pipeline, Electrical, Instruments and Process Control.

• Plan, schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance for routine maintenance, equipment major services and overhauls
• Review Condition Monitoring reports, capture defects through work orders, create work orders for corrective maintenance
• Discuss and review maintenance strategies with Reliability Engineers to reduce costs and improve equipment availability and reliability
