I am an undergraduate student at the University of Toronto, specializing in Molecular Biology and minoring in Forensic Science. I am currently employed as a medical receptionist, and have also worked as a medical scriber. I have experience with various laboratory techniques, such as gel electrophoresis, SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, and more. I also have knowledge in different Forensic techniques, such as evidence and data collection, crime scene handling, finger print evidence, and more.
Currently employed as a medical receptionist at Mavis Medix clinic, where I tend to patients and Doctors needs, handle any calls and faxes, and deal with all appointments. I have also worked as a medical scriber at Mavis Medix clinic, where I was responsible for making note of all the Doctor and patient interactions, as well as what the doctor was recommending to the patient. I have previously also volunteered at SunnyBrook Hospital, where i was responsible for giving food, and attending to any needs of patients who were recovering from trauma. Alongside that, I have also worked at the Canadian National Exhibition, where I was responsible for housekeeping and customer service.
