Hello,
I have a business diploma from Durham College and a Graduate Certificate in Sports Business Management from Durham College. I am hardworking, responsible, emphatic, easy going and a good problem solver. I am currently looking for work in any kind of customer service as I have over 5 years of customer service in my young career and am looking to pursue my strength in serving people.
I have lots of experience in customer service. One of my first jobs was booking customers tee times, and putting their bags on their cart. I then transitioned to Bed Bath& Beyond where I was a Sales Associate as I sold goods, replenished isles and was a cashier. Then, during my Internship at Durham College, I worked at the Campus Ice Centre where I did maintenance work and where I worked in Guest Services as my main job was to check students into student skate or student soccer.
When I first graduated high school, I decided to pursue a business diploma in Human Resources. After successfully completing that I decided to pursue my biggest passion in sports as I obtained a Sports Business Graduate Certificate.
