As a Mechanical Engineering student from McMaster University, I would love the opportunity to apply my classroom knowledge and expand my design skills at Hatch. I am currently living in Guelph, ON and willing to relocate.
My previous experience has equipped me for the demands and challenges that lie ahead from a company such as yours. I have 12 months of experience working in the automotive manufacturing industry as a project manager and equipment reliability intern. My university education and previous experience as a project manager has equipped me with the skills and confidence to push the boundaries of engineering design and grow with everyone at Hatch. In addition, my experience as a project manager and equipment reliability intern has also provided me with great leadership skills,
communication skills and organizational skills. Here I did project management of small and large projects which consisted of budgets up to and over $500K, tackled on root cause analysis and worked with contractors. The position required me to work with a team with the engineering department,
maintenance department and production department all while independently completing my deliverables with minimal supervision.

I had an internship at Honda of Canada MFG in May 2021- May 2022. Here I did project management of small and large projects which consisted of budgets up to and over $500K, tackled on root cause analysis and worked with contractors. The position required me to work with a team with the engineering department,
maintenance department and production department all while independently completing my deliverables with minimal supervision. I was also a TA before that where I challenged, organized, tested, and marked first-year engineering students on series of tasks and designed projects that develops both technical and professional skills. The course focused on educating 30 out of 900 first year engineering students on 3D CAD and programming utilizing.
I am a McMaster University student studying Mechanical Engineering COOP. Graduation will be May 2023.
