Dr. Yadollahi’s SleepdB Lab, KITE Research Institute, University Health Network, Toronto, ON, Canada The primary project is to develop an equitable smart textile to monitor the human body’s vital signals and diagnose sleep apnea disorder in the heart failure population; a collaborative project with Vee Canada Inc. and the University of Toronto. The project combines artificial intelligence and signal processing with wearable sensors.
Other collaborative projects include developing non-invasive continuous blood pressure technology with Klick Health, investigating the impact of apneic and hypopneic events on heart performance with the University of British Colombia, and advancing the AWakeOSA technology with the University of Manitoba.
