Making network connections, KVM, patches as per Network Diagram.
Decommissioning servers, workstations.
Keeping inventory of Component using ServiceNow CMDB,
Clearing configuration of switches and firewalls.
Wiping Hard Disk Drives using – DWIPE utilities such KillDisk.
Creating RAID as per customer’s requests.
Installing BIOS Firmwares, Device Drivers, Softwares and OSs such as Linux and Windows on Servers or on workstations as per request.
Working directly with customers and vendors on service issues.
RMA for defective equipment – Shipping and Receiving.
Keeping track/inventorying of the onsite equipment.
