Yifei Xiao

I am an upcoming computer science graduate from UBC looking for a suitable company to start off my career.

For the last few years of my degree, I've been switching in between classes and internships to gain some level of experience before I graduate. From my internship experience, I have gained valuable skills in full stack development centered around Python, Javascript and Typescript. Behind the scenes, I have focused on cultivating a test driven development mindset to maximize robustness of code and database security.

As well, I have extensive knowledge on the full software development cycle including but not limited to Git, CI/CD pipeline, and Docker.

• Implemented features for new Dashboard type that simplified and streamlined the existing dashboard creation workflow.

• Led planning and story breakdown for an epic as a part of a product refresh. Coordinated assignment of tasks with senior developers and product manager.

• Developed a fully automated pipeline in python that added a new Formal Verification flow to aid ASIC Developers in verification of design specifications.
