- Four years of experience working in personal line insurance
- Six year of experience working in commercial line insurance
- Four years of experience working in administration and management
- Ten + years of experience working in customer service
- RIBO licensed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Power Broker / TAM / Compu-Quote / EPIC / Insurance Portal
- Written and spoken English / Korean / Chinese (Mandarin)
Experience
- Contact clients and perform all the duties as account manager
- Contact insurance company (underwriter / account & claim department)
- Quote / underwrite / review new business submission
- Review renewal business
- Handle and process all paperwork (quote / application / review documents / cancellations / insurance binder / claim / finance for premium)
- Make / update rate chart for program
- Execution of insurance certificates, binders, proposals, and processing of client documents i.e. endorsements and policies
- Prepare commercial auto insurance quotes using Applied Rating Service
- Contact underwriters for endorsements and maintain / update Summary of Insurance (update as policy changes / additions / deletions and at renewal)
- Update rates / premium histories and premium comparisons; Invoicing
- Track and follow up on policy document & maintaining effective abeyance system
- Organize / check / review policies and request endorsement to insurance companies
- Update claims history (loss run)
- Contact clients and perform all the duties as account manager
- Contact insurance company (underwriting / accounting / claim department)
- Support and assist brokers ( process all paperwork / quoting / preparing application / cancellations / insurance binder / claim / finance for premium)
- Review new business submission for brokers and finding errors and omission and missing documents
- Upload new business and endorsement on portal (gather information and submit memo on TAM and upload on portal)
- Advise and support broker (review new risk and client / company manual / market rule)
