Supervised and supported a team of Playground Leaders across 12 camp locations. Provided ongoing leadership, coaching, and mentorship to staff to maintain effective program delivery to participants. Ensured child safety and risk management across sites by monitoring staff practices and adherence to policies and procedures. Served as a primary point of contact for staff and parents/guardians with questions and concerns.
