Zied Mabrouk

Zied MABROUK, senior Business Analyst at BFI International since January 2023 untill Octobre 2023, I also held the position of Back-Office Analyst at the Central Bank of Tunisia, which enabled me to acquire solid experience in managing currency transactions and monitoring the operations.

Graduated from IFID in December 2019 with a specialized diploma in banking and finance, also holder of a master degree in corporate finance and financial engineering from ISCAE Manouba and this in December 2017.

In my position as a Business Analyst at BFI Groupe, I used to confer with clients to understand what they need and make sure we get it right by documenting their requirements. I worked closely with the development team, helping to organize and improve the way we do things. One of my main tasks was creating automatic solutions that fit well with the clients everyday work.

I'm good at managing data using tools like Excel and SQL, where I extract and study financial information. With my keen eye for details, I always attempt to find ways to make things better and suggest ideas for improvement.

As a Back Office Analyst at the Central Bank of Tunisia, I was in charge of validating operations initiated by the front office, including money market operations, FX operations, and securities operations. Additionally, I monitored pending operations, conducting investigations to ensure resolution. My duties extended to preparing cash reconciliation statements, conducting an inventory of short- and long-term investments.

I also played a crucial role in revaluating trade securities and calculating provisions for depreciation.

I hold a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from Institut de Financement et du Développement du Maghreb Arabe (IFID), the most prestigious finance institute in Tunisia.Also, I held a second Master degree in Corporate Finance from Institut Supérieur de Comptabilité et d’Administration des Entreprises (ISCAE).
