About
As a Business Analyst, I apply my extensive knowledge and experience in the insurance and banking domain to solve complex business challenges and deliver value to clients. I have over six years of experience in conducting comprehensive business analysis, gathering and documenting requirements, creating use cases and dataflow models, and designing test plans and cases for various projects in the Agile framework.
I collaborate with key stakeholders, supervisors, and end-users to identify business needs and improvements and communicate them effectively to the development and testing teams. I also follow a structured approach to managing project scope, risk, budget, and timeline, using tools such as MS Project, and Rational Requisite Pro. I am passionate about finding innovative and efficient solutions that meet the expectations and objectives of the clients and the organization.
