I started my career with Amazon as a Technical Account Manager during the year 2014 - 2016. I was excited to start my career with Amazon and had a great journey with them. I had the opportunity to train high profile sellers on Inventory Listings, Brand approvals, payments and Order management. I managed a pilot project with 20 members who were across India and we were tasked with the training and onboarding sellers on the Amazon platform.
After that in an attempt to seek new challenges and for personal growth, I moved to Flipkart. Flipkart is also an e-commerce giant in India and I had a fun time working for them. However it was a short term duration job. I was a Social Media Manager for PhonePe which was a UPI Platform developed by Flipkart. I was tasked with analyzing their social media to identify their key trends and improvement opportunities. I managed and responded to customer queries on all their online platforms, developed and maintained social media policies and guidelines.
Although I enjoyed Flipkart, I was excited about an opportunity to advance my career. Sprinklr was working on sentiment analysis for AI and I felt that this is the future! This field continually evolves and encourages its professionals to grow with it. I conducted comprehensive market analysis, developed and maintained accurate records of customer accounts and transactions.
