With 13 years of experience in nursing, an MBA in International health management, and experience as the owner of a small NGO in a third-world country, I believe I am well-equipped to make a significant contribution to your team.
In my previous role as a nurse, I gained extensive experience in health promotion skills and nursing skills. My nursing background has provided me with a strong foundation in the healthcare sector and an understanding of the practical aspects of healthcare delivery.
Further enhancing my career, I am pursuing an MBA in International health management. This has equipped me with valuable knowledge about qualitative research, health systems, policymaking, and the global health landscape. I have developed strong leadership and management skills, and an ability to work in diverse cultural and geographical settings.
In addition to the MBA program, I have done courses on Project Management for Development, People and Power skills, How to Achieve Sustainable Development Goals, and Improving Global Health: Focusing on Quality and Safety amongst others. In addition, I speak and write fluent German (B1 +), and English (mother tongue) and I speak and understand basic Italian. As the MBA program gradually comes to an end, I have been opportune to delve into qualitative research in the pursuit of my thesis and this has prompted the desire to focus on research t which I believe this job will offer me.
