SDS-Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE): Proficient in running SDS-PAGE gels for protein separation.
Western Blot Analysis: Experienced in performing Western blot analysis for protein detection.
Coomassie Brilliant Blue staining: Skilled in staining proteins using Coomassie Brilliant Blue.
Pull-down assays: Proficient in performing pull-down assays, including GFP-Trap, FLAG-Immunoprecipitation, and Ni-NTA Pulldown.
SiRNA transfection: Experienced in transfecting cells with small interfering RNA (siRNA).
