Engineer with a Master’s degree from SUPSI (Lugano) and ZHAW (Zurich), and a Bachelor in Biomedical Engineering. Through both academic training and internship experience, I have developed strong precision, organisational skills, and determination in achieving ambitious goals, consistently striving to exceed expectations
During my last Internship at Ypsomed Diabetes Care I had the opportunity to design, develop, and prototype a novel sensor system capable of measuring interstitial back pressure and needle insertion force, integrating these technologies into the existing YpsoPump® insulin infusion set. ncluding mechanical and electrical design work, as well as studying the biological aspects to ensure seamless functionality and safety for users.
This hands-on experience gave me invaluable insights into the challenges of medical device development, from concept to integration, and reinforced my motivation to contribute to innovative solutions that improve the daily lives of people living with diabetes.
During my semester project for AD Swiss Medtech, I Designed a compact rotor model system using CAD and CFD tools with the goal of improving operational effciency and minimizing spatial requirements. The project focuses on delivering a space-e#cient mechanical system without compromising performance.
