My name is Michail Tsagarsoulis, chef with 17 years experience, looking for the next step to progress my culinary skills at an ideal country and establishment.
As you will see from my CV I have worked at different establishments such as 5* Hotels, Fine
Dinning restaurants, Chalets, Gastropubs & Caterings that help me gain experience about international food, different methods of cooking and deep understanding of kitchen operations.
As a culinary Supervisor on previous jobs, i feel confident to guide and supervise the staff, as well, prepare, cook, display food and keep the hygiene according to the company`s standards.
Most prominently, I have a working knowledge of legal requirements regarding health and safety,
proper fire procedures and HACCP.
