Full stack developer (AI Project)

We are partnering with a leading innovation and technology organization to identify experienced Full-stack professional to support strategic AI initiatives and transformation projects.

Job Responsibility

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Function Compute to support AI applications, automated workflows, and data pipelines.
• Develop and implement AI-driven workflows, intelligent agents, and automation solutions using platforms such as LangGraph, Dify
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing ERP and enterprise applications to enhance operational efficiency and business processes.
• Lead projects throughout the full development lifecycle, from proof of concept (POC) to production deployment, including large-scale integrations.
• Establish technical standards, prepare architecture and design documentation, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Partner closely with business users, project teams, and infrastructure stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend suitable AI solutions, and ensure scalable and cost-effective implementations.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for existing applications to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of full-stack development experience with proven delivery of both frontend and backend solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience in ReactJS and/or AngularJS, including responsive and user-centric web application development.
• Proficiency in backend development using Python and Node.js. Experience with PHP and/or Java is advantageous.
• Solid experience in designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL or other relational database management systems.
• Familiarity with Alibaba Cloud services; exposure to Microsoft Azure is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of AI technologies, including Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Qwen and DeepSeek.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated team player with a passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning.
