Java Engineer (Cloud)

该职位来源于猎聘 You will serve as the core software engineering bridge between our Cloud Platform infrastructure and product engineering teams during our multi-cloud modernization and migration initiatives. Your primary responsibility is to build production-ready "Golden Path" starter kits, develop reusable SDKs/frameworks for cross-cloud middleware compatibility, and partner directly with pilot product teams to refactor and onboard representative services. You will eliminate adoption friction for application teams by treating the platform as a software product and solving complex "last-mile" application integration challenges.

Responsibilities

• Golden Path &
  • Starter Kit Engineering: Design, develop, and maintain standardized application archetypes and SDKs (Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, or Go) embedded with cloud-native best practices (OpenTelemetry tracing, graceful shutdown, health checks, and dynamic credential rotation).

• Cloud &
  • Middleware Compatibility: Lead application-layer adaptation for multi-cloud environments, addressing SDK, driver, and behavioral differences across Object Storage, Service Discovery/Configuration Registries, Message Queues, and Serverless Function runtimes.

• Lighthouse Pilot Enablement: Partner directly with business service owners (spanning e-commerce, high-throughput APIs, and AI workloads) to conduct hands-on code refactoring, integration testing, and latency benchmarking, establishing standardized migration playbooks for the broader engineering organization.
• Stakeholder Collaboration &
  • DevEx: Work closely with Platform Architects, DevOps, and Product Engineering leads to translate infrastructure, networking, and cloud security requirements (OIDC, Gateway API, secret management) into simple, self-service developer workflows. Requirements

• Strong Backend Proficiency: Expert-level coding skills in a modern backend stack (Java/Spring Boot, Node.js/TypeScript, or Go) with a strong emphasis on clean architecture, SDK design, and concurrency.
• Cloud &
  • Middleware Experience: Solid hands-on experience with cloud PaaS services and distributed middleware (Relational Databases, Connection Pooling, Redis, Message Queues like Kafka/RabbitMQ/RocketMQ, and Object Storage).

• Cloud-Native &
  • Kubernetes Fundamentals: Deep understanding of containerized application patterns on Kubernetes (stateless workload design, lifecycle probes, Gateway API, and service discovery).

• Migration &
  • Modernization Track Record: Demonstrated experience in large-scale codebase refactoring, multi-cloud transition, or legacy framework modernization.

• OpenTelemetry &
  • Observability: Hands-on experience instrumenting applications with OpenTelemetry (Tracing, Metrics, Logs) and integrating with modern observability platforms. (Nice to have)

• Secret Management &
  • Keyless Security: Familiarity with HashiCorp Vault, External Secrets Operator (ESO), and OIDC dynamic credential rotation. (Nice to have)

• Multi-Cloud Ecosystem Experience: Prior working knowledge across multiple major enterprise public cloud platforms and their managed services. (Nice to have)
• Infrastructure-as-Code Awareness: Basic experience reading and collaborating on Terraform configurations. (Nice to have)
