工作职责 1. 建立 AI 平台、训练任务和模型服务的可靠性指标（SLI）与目标（SLO），建设监控、日志、链路追踪和告警体系，持续跟踪服务可用性、运行质量及稳定性风险。 2. 开展容量分析和负载测试，分析 GPU 资源水位、训练任务运行状态、推理服务吞吐及响应时延，识别容量与性能风险，推动容量预留、弹性扩缩容及过载保护方案落地。 3. 负责生产故障响应、影响评估、止损与恢复协调，联合平台、训推框架及 GPU 基础设施工程师完成问题定位和修复，组织故障复盘并推动长期改进。 4. 完善发布检查、变更验证、回滚和恢复方案，开发故障诊断、自动恢复及可靠性验证工具，降低系统变更与生产运行风险。 5.
