关于

Dr.

Abdelhamid

Bessaid is an Algerian Assistant Professor who has been teaching English over the last 26 years in different countries and institutions. His academic approach emphasizes the integration of language skills and sub-skills within coherent and outcome-driven curricula. He is particularly attentive to adapting course materials to align with institutional benchmarks while remaining responsive to students’ varying proficiency levels and academic aspirations.

Central to his teaching philosophy is the belief that meaningful learning occurs in supportive environments; therefore, he actively fosters students' motivation through encouragement, reflective feedback, and dialogic interaction that build both linguistic competence and learner confidence.

As an educator, he values the relational dimension of teaching. He strives to establish strong, respectful connections with students through effective classroom management, positive reinforcement, and an inclusive atmosphere that acknowledge learners as active partners in the educational process. By cultivating a sense of academic belonging—through collaborative tasks, constructive praise, and shared achievement—he aims to bridge the gap between course design and individual learner's needs.
