Experienced Project Manager in various construction projects holding Master Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputated University in Beijing (Beijing University of Civil Engineering & Architecture ) .
Currently looking for a full time/ Internship/ freelancer position in an organisation where i can utilise my skills and advance my career in relevant field.
Responsibilities: • Planning and monitoring the project.
• Preparing and maintaining project, stage and exception plans as required.
• Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
• Adopting and applying appropriate technical and quality strategies and standards.
• Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope and within budget • Perform risk management to minimise project risks • Ensuring client satisfaction • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Total experience: 6.5 Years
