Designed and developed workload simulation tool of database business system in Java and without touching customer's business data. It will generate the testing data by table statistics data and queries load by database metadata, and this tool was used to repro customer's workload and on-call issues.

Member of Quality Engineering Committee of Alibaba. I built up the quality engineering team from scratch, defined the whole-picture of quality assurance and engineering efficiency, delivered the hybrid cloud product in time and with high quality.

• Alibaba group's testing environment based on trace technology to monitor the core e-commercial transaction chain, minutes-level scan the environment and root-causing issue, reduced the unavailable time from 300 mins to 45 mins at daily basis
