Customer service agent // Transaction coordinator and virtual assistant
-Provide attention and support to Trueway Insurance clients, with any question or concern that they may have regarding their car insurance, additional to take payments, and make changes on their policies in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida
-Provide the Transaction Coordinator services, coordinating any transaction (sales, purchases or rentals of houses), as well as being a virtual assistant, coordinating appointments, calls, and anything that the company's Broker and realtors may need.
Provide attention and support through social media and calls, to people residing in North America with DIRECTV services, in addition to handling complaints, and suggestions.
