Prior to this position, I spent one year and a half working as an international bilingual freelance recruiter and executive assistant for stary writing. In this role, I was tasked with a handful of unique challenges, including managing two different areas, one being a recruiter and the other being a full time assistant and achieving my goals as a recruiter and assistant. Over the course of my time there, I was able to overcome and redefine these challenges by prioritizing each activity of the day, prioritizing time and being multitasking, and keeping all the information organized, and updated.
