Edwin Leonardo Guevara

i'm an economist from universidad Nacional de Colombia since 2023. I have knowledge in forecasting, data analysis, Workforce CRM and skills on Microsoft package such as excel, power bi, Power Point and some many more.

I have experience as Project coordinator in one of the largest tecnology companies around the world (Cisco), where I was in Charge of taking care of the correct upload of worked hours of cisco's engineerings, also i was in charge of revenue, costs and compensations forecasts and database managment.

I also have experience as Customer service representative over 10 months for famous finance company in USA and two importants big retail stores in same country, dealing with all kind of situation from the most stressfull situation to the most relaxing ones, all of them were handled with soft skills like active listening, understanding, patience, and some more. So in short I have a great troubleshooting skills developed along my time employeed and i'm able to adapt myself for every enviroment and get along with every path is put in front of me.
