As Operations Manager I was in charge of multiple LOBs responsible of the performance for all of them which included Voice and Non voice accounts for the largest airline in the world. I've been able to meet and exceed client expectations and help keep account as #1 top site across the globe.
I have been working in the BPO industry for over 6 years starting as a customer service rep and moving all the way up to becoming operations manager for one of the most important accounts at IGT Solutions which was United Airlines, the largest air carrier in the world. I oversaw four different lines of business where with a total headcount of over 150 employees. I was able to bring growth to the account by streamlining processes, enhancing coaching/feedback structure and building stronger and long lasting relationships with our clients.
