I am a professional in modern languages, passionate about languages and graduated of Javeriana University in Colombia.
I have gained experience in the customer service setting providing support, service and active listening to clients in order to resolve their issues, provide a good experience and help them in a timely manner.
I worked for the international call centers, Teleperformance and Concentrix. I have successfully provided support for US based companies by collecting overdue portfolio, attending inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer's concerns and complaints and updating customer's information in the system. I am ready to take the next step in my career and work for a virtual assistant position.
I studied Modern Languages at Javeriana University in Bogotá. I have completed all my studies last year and I am available for a full time position.
