Professional with +10 years of experience in manufacturing and quality systems in the medical devices industry, understanding and handle GMPs, follow procedures, SAP systems, NCRs process, people management, EHS instructions and all the things related with the quality and manufacturing of medical devices
•Led and supported QC Inspectors in receiving inspection and inspection activities.
•Set inspection priorities and ensured timely delivery of materials to the production floor.
•Pensured product release testing and pre-/post-sterilization activities (EBAM & ETO) were completed before releasing products to Finished Goods.
•Prepared Nonconformance Reports and other required documentation.
•Assisted in training QC Inspectors on documented procedures.
•Ensured compliance rovided QC support to Engineering for product development and improvement projects.
