I can offer 17 years of experience as a strategic manager, reporting directly to individual business owners for over 12 years. I have eight years of experience as the Strategic Marketing and Business Development Manager in Automotive. I have successful experience with entry strategies to foreign markets. Most of my decisions are based on good data analysis. I have developed KPIs and KRIs for managing sales and margin but also for processes.

As I was promoted, I took over the strategic management of the entire EMOS product portfolio, including responsibility for the economic results. Following the acquisition by LEGRAND, my responsibilities expanded to improving the purchasing and quality processes and reporting to our mother company, including active participation in meetings with the top international management (in English).

I have established a new Product Marketing dep. within the EMOS Purchasing and Product section. As the department responsible for product data management, we often cooperated with the IT dep. to set up new processes and develop new modules in the ERP system.
VAPOL CZ s.r.o. || Zašová || 2012–2020
I gradually managed first the Marketing and later the Sales department, which included the marketing team, sales team, strategic buyer, product specialists and customer care (27 subordinates out of 55 employees in total). I implemented the new business model and set up financial plans and configured KPI reporting.
