I am a hands-on SaaS architect with over 20 years of experience specialising in Salesforce (15 years), Data Architecture, and Customer Identity and Access Management. Most of my recent experience involves leading architecture efforts moving enterprises from legacy applications to SaaS.

Here are some of the more significant projects that I've been doing recently:

• Lead Architect on a digital transformation project for a global utility moving from legacy to Salesforce Industries CPQ ( Vlocity), Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, Azure Integration Services, and SAP HANA.
• Worked as a Salesforce Architect with a large oil & gas company architecting Sales & Service solution rollout in multiple countries that was integrated with many other applications, including SAP, and Oracle via MuleSoft.
• Worked as a Salesforce Architect with a leading electric vehicle charging provider on Salesforce architectural refactoring effort addressing their significant technical debts to bring Salesforce platform to a stable and scalable state allowing internal team to deliver new functionalities faster and easier.
• Worked as a Customer Identity & Access Management Architect with a global utility architecting and implementing a CIAM solution based on Salesforce. This solution was built in such a way as to be scalable for handling up to 50 million customers.

Salesforce COP Lead, E.ON - Jan 2020 - Present

Salesforce platform is at the heart of a large digital transformation program at E.ON where about 300 people are working across multiple platforms alongside the business to deliver this vital initiative for E.ON that has visibility at board level. I lead Salesforce Community of Practice where 40 developers from multiple vendors work alongside a team of Salesforce architects to design, implement and execute a successful Salesforce project.

As a Salesforce CTA and leader of Salesforce COP, I am responsible for:

• Building integrated partnerships across all delivery teams and business.
• Leading Salesforce platform, applications, and the COP.
• Advocating the adoption of standards on all practices of Salesforce.
• Salesforce design authority body, governing the solution and architecture across all teams.
• Salesforce roadmap and strategy & aligning with the program architecture board.
