Main tasks
- Global Lifecycle Management with all regions. Responsible to lead run-out process of Powertrain (PT) & vehicles to ensure availability of inhouse made service parts for PTs, sheet metal and chassis.
- Establish and lead cross-functional teams. Facilitate meetings, set targets, monitor progress and initiate additional steps in case of deviations. Escalate and remove roadblocks.
- Make decisions based on enterprise cost, general policies and procedures. Outsource of production were required.
- Optimize run-out process to improve business results
2. Sub Export Compliance Officer for CCA
- Ensure compliance of Aftersales function
- Approve the export of dual use service parts to countries outside the EU
Main achievement: 95% of In-house made service part numbers available for targeted time frame, keeping Aftersales Organization export compliant.

- Administrative and functional lead of up to 17 team members in two locations: Russelsheim/Germany and Luton/UK
- Main tasks: lead and drive Backorder resolution provide Backorder outlooks to all areas that require it. Implement and monitor KPI to measure the team’s performance.
Main achievement: consolidation of five Back Desk Teams across Europe into one.
