Dear employer,
I present myself to you with the intention of getting to know me in greater depth and hoping that your interest can materialize with an interview. I am a licensed psychologist with the maxim distinction in Santiago Chile. I have followed the last years of my career the organizational psychology, therefore I have knowledge in recruitment and people selection, organizational development and people training.
After finishing my studies, I had my internship at a retail company, where I was in charge of the sales-people selection process, which demanded a high labor. Months later I was in charge of the first instance of selection for a consultancy that was looking for people in the health area.
Later, I started traveling to improve my level of English and with the interest of starting to learn a new language, which would be German.
Among my qualities, I can highlight that I am a highly reliable professional focused on goals and deadlines. Committed to my work and to my team, self disciplined and cooperative.
At the moment, having found stability living in Germany, I am interested in finding a job in the area of recruitment and selection in your company, always having the intention of continuing learning about this area, and if possible others within the realm to the organizational psychology.
My last job in Chile was in Selecciona Salud S.A and there I was in charge of the people selection related to the health area for different clients. I was working there for a year and then I started traveling to improve my english an to learn a new language.
I have studied at Universidad Diego Portales, Santiago, Chile. and I finished my studies with maximum distinction.
My last years at the university I had different courses related to the organizational psychology and I also did some courses about two personality tests: Zulliger and Lusher. I had my fulltime internship in a company related to the retail area, and I acquired a lot of experience working with them, and I also had learned about the interview based on people competences.
