I am a data scientist with a strong mathematical background, holding a master’s degree in statistics. Over the course of my career, I have developed robust technical skills, particularly in Python and SQL, and I have extensive knowledge of statistical and probabilistic models. Originally from Venice, Italy, I moved to Düsseldorf, Germany, three years ago, where I have continued to grow both personally and professionally.

Invision Ag is a software company specialized in workforce management, with 150+ employees 

As a Machine Learning Engineer, I implement, optimize, and maintain ML models. Key responsibilities included:

• Developing a new pipeline within AWS to provide a constantly updated forecast of call volumes in 15-minute intervals for the up-coming year, benefiting thousands of customers.This led to a cost reduction of over 80% (around 10k per month) and significantly reduced customer complaints to almost none.
• Developing a model to predict the probability of customer churning, enabling proactive sales actions. 
• Conducting A/B testing to analyze user behavior and support business decisions.
• Integrating new models with ad hoc pre and postprocessing into a comprehensive pipeline. The development includes orchestration, monitoring and application of MLOps best practices.

I worked as a Data Analyst at Engineering Ingegneria Informatica spa on various projects. Key responsibilities included:
