A highly competent professional with several years of Experience in testing CRM, Web Application, Billing and Order Management (iOS, Android, website) and also Specialised in (CMS) Content Management System, Adobe Experience Manager(AEM) as Content Manager.
I had joined Concentrix Daksh Services (business services company) in March 2016 as Practitioner - CRM Operations. I was responsible for the quality check of the client website, writing the test cases, uploading them into HP ALM and documenting the errors and conducting the functional testing and retest the issues once it is fixed.

My specialisation was to manage and prioritise bug tickets and bug reports from internal and external stakeholders, finds the error and maintain the error document for the sprints and conducts the meeting for the better quality.

My specialisation was Quality Analyst, manual testing and debugging of frontend mobile applications, end-to-end responsible for our customers’ journey in our e-commerce storefront across all platforms (desktop, mobile-apps Android and iOS). Worked with a broad-spectrum range of devices: Android phones/tablets Collaborate with product owners, developers, designers, QA Engineers Develop and execute detailed and structured test cases and plans.
