After obtaining experience as a consultant and project leader in mega projects, I have been familiar with project management and can help companies manage the constraints in a specific project, including schedule, scope, cost, resource, quality, and risk.
After obtaining experience as a consultant and project leader in mega projects, I have been familiar with project management and can help companies manage the constraints in a specific project, including schedule, scope, cost, resource, quality, and risk. For example, I applied the Critical Path Method to develop a project schedule and performed the Bottom-up Estimating Method to evaluate the activity cost and determine the project budget.
After graduating TU Chemnitz, I have knowledge of the Life Cycle of products, sustainability subjects, and project management software (e.g., Jira software, Microsoft Project). I am also a Research Assistant in Projects “Umberto” and “VP 3.1 AgilPlanBZ – fuel cell manufacturing”. As a result, I can perform the Life Cycle Costing, Life Cycle Assessment and Social Life Cycle Assessment to assess the sustainability performance.
After improving my knowledge about project management, the life cycle of products, and sustainability, I am confident of contributing to companies.
