Designs, plans and implements Cornerstone OnDemand HRIS systems end-to-end; Provides third-level support to clients through Salesforce, certified for Core, LMS, and Integrations; Designated support for ASML, Infineon, and MAN. Also delivering "Service Projects" (SSO, FTP, Edge Import) end-to-end for the client. Develops and executes strategies for customized automated feeds fit to the client as well as historical data migration; Oversees small-scale UI/UX development projects.
I have extensive experience in customer facing roles as well as support. This has sharpened my sense for customer orientation and troubleshooting.
I am completely self taught, I have not studied nor finished an apprenticeship.
