Increase of 100% on the units sold through the website and an increase in all relevant E-commerce KPIs, especially on LTV
Mid-Term expansion plan to the end of 2023, based on industry growth expectancies and the success of the quantifiable goals till August 2023 (three new B2B Customers)
notus is an online marketing agency focused on content creation and building personal brands on LinkedIn. As part of their industry’s overarching vision, notus plans to open a coffee shop, that will serve as a content creation hotspot, including a podcast studio, workspaces, and networking opportunities. In this case, I mainly consult on operations and processes, but due to an early planning stage, I support on any questions occurring.
The consulting of notus began 2 weeks ago, which is why there are no significant achievements that can be shown yet.
