Mohamed Hemdan

Recently completed my Master's degree in Business Management from HDWM, Mannheim minoring in business intelligence and data science.

Prior to this I was the Procurement Lead in Imagine Education's project Teachers First. TF's main scope is the enhancement and development of education in Egypt. As such I oversee the budgets expenditure on different vendors and suppliers, create a pool of alternative options for logistics and supply chain, and independently manage procedures and development procurement strategies.

I worked as a HR specialist/generalist for 8 years, developing and managing different aspects effecting operational procedures. Having the exposure of different modules of HR allowed me to pinpoint flaws in business models. Working at Teleperformance I used this skill to articulate, establish and develop programs and operational standard procedures that strengthens areas of the business model such as employee retention that stood to be improved.

The “Retention Process” as it is called both noticeably increases the company's and the client's profitability.

My tangential background in field of industries is a testament to the fact that I am comfortable under pressure, and that I possess a work ethic that is second to none.
